We see plants all around us.
Plants are mostly green in colour.

Trees: Trees are big plants.
They are tall and strong.
They do not need support.



Thorny Plants: Some plants have thorns.
They are called thorny plants.
Thorns protect them.
They keep the plants safe.


Climbers: Some plants are not strong.
They cannot stand straight.
They need support to grow straight.
Such plants are called Climbers.


Creepers: Some plants grow along the ground.
Such plants are called Creepers.



Leaves: Almost all plants have leaves.

Most leaves are green.
Leaves make food for the plants.

Birds are animals that can fly because of their wings. Like the crow, sparrow and parrot. Some birds like ducks can swim in water.

Insects
Insects are small animals. They have six legs. Some insects have wings. Wings help them to fly. Insects lay eggs.
